Heya folks! I’m Becky and I have a Target addiction. It’s a real thing. #motd told me I need adult supervision to go Target. (Insert monkey covering his eyes emoji).

Target is one of those places I can go for a couple things and come out with 560. Anyone else experience this? With talented product designers like Nate Berkus, Oh Joy! and brand ambassador Emily Henderson (one of my design idols), it’s no wonder we are all going gaga for Targé.

I went to Target the other day to source some accents for a fun project I have coming up, and I was so giddy with excitement to see all of the new Spring stuff out (which also means Winter stuff on sale so it’s a win-win).

Here are a few of my favorite things from Targets Spring 2017 line. And you guys, they are soooo good! This year global accents are trending and I am alllllll about it! The #dalydigs is filled with global accents, whether it be art from places we’ve traveled, Hmong textiles, or Moroccan blankets (remember my master bedroom reveal?) It’s safe to say I am a sucker for global-inspired decor and Target nailed it with its Spring 2017 collection.

The patterned pillow in #1 is a play on black mud cloth, which is an African textile dyed by hand using, you guessed it, mud. You can find the real deal on Etsy and small retailers online. While I encourage you to invest in a few pieces of original mud cloth at some point (the texture and perfect imperfections are amazing y’all), this reproduction print is a great option if you want to bring a little of the bohemian mud cloth vibe your home with a less expensive price tag. Similarly, the #3 and #4 vases remind me of African vases made from gourds with tribal prints carved into the side. The Daly Digs is already sportin’ the tall black tribal vase 🙂 
Copper is trending this year and I am loving the copper tray and side table above! 

You guys, I literally gasped when I saw that wishbone chair with a fur seat in person. Then I pet it for a moment and gazed at it with heart eyes. It’s so fun and I adore it. The fur is not removable in case you’re wondering. The #13 ceramic vase looks much more pink in person that it does here and I want it for my bedroom so badly. #12 is being presented as an indoor accent chair but I think it’s fantastic for an outdoor patio as well. We are tackling our patio project this year so I’m keeping my eyes peeled for fun pieces that will work out there and this one is definitely a contender.
