Inspired by Utah’s Desert Mountain Vibes

If you follow me on Instagram then you know I’m in Utah right now. Hubby had to take a short trip to Salt Lake City so naturally, I insisted I join him and we make a trip out of it. We met up in Vegas and hit the road to Utah to explore Bryce and Zion National Parks and we will end with a couple of days in Sin City. I had never been to Utah and after spending a lot of time planning our trip, I am so so excited about it. You just don’t see anything close to desert mountain landscape in the sunshine state. The scenery and terrain are enough to make my terracotta-loving heart beat a little faster. I’m feeling so inspired by Utah, I decided to put together a desert mountain mood board that reflects my current state of mind. My personal design style favors earthy tones and boho elements so I feel right at home amongst this desert mountain oasis.

It’s going to be tough not to buy all the terracotta pendant lights when I get home! I just love the terracotta pendant light shown above.

I have my eyes out for a new rug for the master bedroom refresh I’m planning. Yes, I’m changing things up already. Stay tuned for more on that, but this is the style rug I am digging.
